Topic: Cedar Lodge 3&4 have Act 16

After many many months of hard work by many of the investors, Cedar Lodge 3 and 4 have finally been granted Act 16 and can now move forward with looking for a management company to run their apartments. Other developments should be encouraged by this as it has been made possible by the owners getting together and working as a team towards this goal. Perhaps one of the owners in that development would like to summarise things on this public board for other owners to get inspiration from ?

This is great news at last. Iv heard we will be getting electicity meters fitted also.Does anyone know when this is? I would like to go back and check on my apartment but not to sure if this is possible as the last time i arived the electricity was off and we had to stop in an alternative block.Does anyone know what we can and cant do at the moment?

Well done...guys.  That is a relief.
The next thing is to get the menegment company in place and get the  building operational.

I dont know if there is a view on which managment company  have expressed an interest in running the CL III building?
If Jenkins still offering to do the management... ?

If so are tmost of the owners  willing to work with him  or do they not trust him any more?
