Hello everyone. It seems that things are well under way to get things moving so my thanks to all who were able to attend the meeting and sort out where we go from here. I must confess that all too often the solicitors acting for us charge fees and disbursements that arise as a few thousand euros but what I would like Sascha to do is obtain in due course a statement of what was refunded as refunded payments and the actual sum deducted for disbursements. I think we are all entitled to this but if over 200 apartment owners write individual letters it could cause problems. As I think I was one of around a hundred that bought with Sasachs help I hope he can do something as I see that some are indicating concerns about what is being charged. I had money paid to my Bank but have no idea what it represents and I am sure I am not alone. Good luch to everyone. I have one additional word of advice and that is we must have some way of getting everyone to pay maintenance as it is the biggest promlem facing us and feel it has to be charged annualy in advance for at least the first year so that we get 100% support. I know of some developments that seldome collect more than 25% of the full amount and that means that the few are supporting all the non payers and that is not right.golfmadcam
