BUY: Reasonably priced apartment Sunny Beach/ St. Vlas area

We are looking into all kinds of investment right now, so anything that is good quality and below its original purchase price will be interesting to us.
First line complexes to 800 metres from the beach, BUT not Tunkovo or Kosharitsa apartments, price is what is important to us.

If it was Tunkovo (Tankovo) 1 bed appt,how much would you advise to sell for?

Hi I have  1 bed fully furnished aprtment in sunny beach fully furnished to a high spec with intergrated appilances pool view paid 57000 uros for it would accept 35000 sterling in nice quiet area but close to shops bars restarunts ect and beach 6 min wailk
