Waterside Quay

Have just heard (after several years of silence) that Waterside Quay (Bulgarian Dreams development) has been completed.  Does anyone have any info on this?  Am loathe to make final payment to developer on the strength of a registered letter.

After our experiences I would strongly recommend not paying until you know for sure. We were sent pictures of another completed development and told it was ours.

Where is Waterside Quay? I'm sure that we must have some contacts on the ground who could go and have a look for you? Is it Bansko?
