Sorry i am a bit of a novice on this site - but am i right in saying that there hasnt been a posting on the Orchard for 2 years? I find that hard to beleive when so many people have been stung on this BD development. Please could someone advise (or better still put the link) to where i can find out more about this development. Thanks

Correct, this forum has not been used recently for updates in relation to the Orchard.    The BD forum was being used up to a few months back but after the meeting in London last March, we mostly communicated via email to all known Orchard investors.   Currently there is no forum being used by Orchard investors to discuss the problems we face but I'll send out a communication suggesting that we now use this site.   It's difficult to know if there is a solution to be found as we are unable to open a line of communications with SmartPartners despite repeated efforts.
