Hi

I am a lease holder of an apartment in Florimont VIP homes and Spa and in over 3 years not had a penny out of my investment. I have made all my lease payments on time over the 3 years and all I get is a severe lack of communication and a promise that any rental will be used to pay my last few lease payments toward end of contract. I am seriously considering going legal but dealing with bulgarian lawyers I am worried I am just going to throw good money away.

Any ideas or experiences that may help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I bought a studio at florimont in 2008 and have regretted it ever since!! I have been dealing with a guy called miro...people before that was sibylla and kaloyan. I only receive emails from miro chasing me for lease payments and have not sent payment for April and no email. I'm very close to paying off the studio and will look forward to having the deeds in my hand. It has been a struggle over the years and in some way pleased that it's not just me whose had issues with florimont. Can anyone help?
