Frank's doing a critical announcement on how to make Bansko a better place. Its a bit ridiculous really, its like nuking a city and saying 'well sorry about that what can we do to make amends', well don't nuke the f@"king place in the first instance really, what do suggest amongst the carnage and nuclear fallout, open a starbucks?.
anyway not really sure whats going on, its the same old same old in Bansko, they construct/half construct/stick the foundations in with another apartment block, lose interest in it/realise they can't do sweet FA with it/try to milk the last pennies out of people with it, you just sit there watching it all unfold and listening to next victim keeping the faith until they realise they're just coughing money up in a potential bottomless pit.
I assume you've had it up to here with it all, oh well, just plug away, group together get a decent solicitor and keep chipping away at it all.
