As per companies house records as per attachment collected by another member ...

it shows   RJ and wife as  principal main address as   ....   .

suite 458 , 2 Lansdowne Road , Berkeley Square , London  W1J .

notes to accounts show ...... accounts  were UNAUDITED . ( and based on an invoiced basis !! ) .... wonder if Inland  Revenue would agree with the results ...

the more people that complain to the IR     the more RJ  might get a visit

I am not saying that you should do this .  just explaining .that that is what would happen ..

( accounts posted top this site  do not show a profit and loss account but do not know why ...)

Their original address was Berkeley Square.  I think you're looking at the incorporation document.  This means nothing.

Yes, I saw this address when I down loaded the Annual Accounts. Berkeley Square is an office area in Mayfair (south of Selfridges, 2mins away). Most of these suites are more short term business rental- the kind of place typical fly-by-Night companies like to rent…. Just pop a brass plate on the door and turn up once a year to collect the mail type places…
Good idea on the revenue. Do you reckon the Watch dog people managed to track him down? Who should we complain to at the revenue?
We need to progress the docs for the ECC response soon.
Plus, has anyone volunteered to write to the Bulgarian Embassy in London about our plight yet?
Thanks

Mike

Perhaps it would be an idea for the Irish contingent to do likewise Mike. I had to call there back in 2005 to have POA documents notarised.

article from yesterdays Irish Times:
Irish investors hit by collapse of Bulgarian property agent
PAUL CULLEN, Consumer Affairs Correspondent
SCORES OF Irish investors have been hit by the collapse of a UK-based agent specialising in Bulgarian properties.
Bulgarian Dreams, which once claimed nearly 30 per cent of its customers came from Ireland, has ceased trading, shortly after it featured in a critical BBC documentary.
The company has blamed “extraordinarily difficult economic conditions” for its demise.
In January 2008, the Association of International Property Professionals said it expelled the company for breaching the association’s code of conduct. At the time, Bulgarian Dreams claimed it had not been expelled but had resigned some time earlier.
Exactly how many Irish customers of Bulgarian Dreams are affected is not clear, but Sofia-based lawyer Milen Hristov, who is filing claims on behalf of aggrieved customers, said he had received inquiries from a number of Irish purchasers.
Bulgarian Dreams marketed a number of its developments in Bansko, Pomporovo and other Bulgarian locations at property exhibitions in Ireland in recent years. Bulgarian apartments were popular with investors seeking low-price entry into the overseas property market and fast growth rates.
However, an oversupply of apartments on the market, together with the downturn in property markets, saw demand plummet and many investors are now left holding apartments that are impossible to sell.
Overseas property consultant Diarmuid Condon likened the collapse of the Bulgarian property market to events nearer home: “Bulgarian cities are doing okay, but the resorts where Irish investors have bought are like ghost towns. Building has stopped, apartments aren’t selling and developers can’t raise finance. There’s an awful lot of people sitting on properties that were supposed to have been completed but aren’t.”
Bulgarian Dreams advertised itself as a specialist real estate agent with “unparalleled local knowledge” of the local property market.
However, it came in for criticism from some customers who claimed it was not delivering on its promises. In particular, there were complaints about the non-completion of developments and missing facilities that had been promised.
The company said the problems had nothing to do with it and referred customers to the development companies.
Last year, it abandoned plans to build a €100 million Black Sea resort with an Arabic theme, which had been criticised by environmentalists and architects in Bulgaria.
Earlier this week, the company featured on BBC’s Watchdog programme, which said it was aware of 80 customers whose apartments remained uncompleted.

The address given in the first post on this thread (Suite 458, 2 Landsdowne Row) is the one stated in the letter we received about BD ceasing trading. The letter says it is a service mailbox only and that only corporate mail is responded to. All queries by post, e-mail or phone must be directed to Bulgaria.

Robert Jenkins ...... his baby son was staying with grandparents in CL 3 in jan 2009 and I saw Maria at reception ...

also in ded 2008 his father in law was seen removing a kitchen fro CL 1... so the family are around a lot over there ..

Maybe he is spending more time in Bulagaria and can now see how his helicopter license would come in handy for a quick get away !!!

company law .... I thought it was a legal requirement that directors and company secrtary had to file their own addresses ?

Leave the ginger comments out - we have feelings too!!! And some of us are proud of our beautiful russet locks and ginger babies(not that we have one yet!). I thought prejudice was monitored on these fourms! On a more serious note we also heard different things talking to the locals in Bansko - but it was really quite difficult to seperate fact from speculation in the end,
Cheers
