What Happens to Appartments if developer goes under in Bulgaria

Hi
Does anybody know what happens if a developer goes under prior to completing a development in Bulgaria, when all the apartment have been sold?

I have Notary Deeds and Busat Registration for an appartment in Bulgarian Dreams Development with no power or water and wonder whats it worth?
