Dear Anna,
My name is Peter Stanfield living in Abu Dhabi.  I've paid a deposit and two installments on an apartment in the Windows to Paradise development near Varne.  Two of my colleagues also paid deposits and installments on the basis of my showing them details of the development. I was pleased with Bulgarian Dreams until about 2 years back when they reported a change of plans.  Since then nothing has happened.  At least they did not pester me to make further payments!  I kept contact by phone with one of their agents in London but about 6 months back even that dried up.  My sister alerted me to the Watchdog program about the failure of Bulgarian Dreams and I'm now in contact with the International Law Partnership who are looking into a joint process of investigation.  I am disappointed to say the least and embarassed at having incidentally led my colleagues into an erroneous purchase.

I will be happy to give more details of the fiasco if you cantact me.  There is a great more to tell!  You can contact me directly on peterwstanfield@yahoo.com if you wish.

Thanks for your interest.

Peter W. Stanfield

Peter - Would you like access to the private WTP section on this forum?  There are quite a few members on here discussing issues in details.  You will not be able to see this until you gain access.

He has requested access - I'm still waiting for a reply from Deon. As soon as Deon gives Peter the thumbs up I'll give the access.

Re: Sunday Times feature on Bulgarian Dreams - Robert Jenkins Found
« Reply #9 on: March 20, 2009, 16:48:51 »
I have been interviewed by The Sunday Times and a story was being published this Sunday about my situation .....however the investigative Reporter got hold of Robert Jenkin (apparently really easily) and he has given them a quote...as only 2 of us responded to the Sunday Times they can only write about those issues pertaining to us 2 which is ACT 16. Jenkin has quoted and planted the blame at the developers door stating that ACT 16 is the developers responsibilty (which it is) what he doesn't mention is that the Developer cannot finish the work for ACT 16 because BD owes them money...Sunday Times are now considering scrapping the article as they don't want to be sued by jenkin...so Jenkin wriggles out of it.......if only more of you had been willing to go to print then the Sunday Times would have put the issues to Jenkin and he would have been forced to comment or look guilty by making no comment.

I mentioned to the Editor that the WTP development has major issues which are down to BD so if they contact you WTP owners please consider talking to them as it helps us all. If you want to be pro-active and make contact then I suggest you telephone the Sunday Times, Anna who posted on here is on holiday today so if you use that address they won't get it - it goes to print tomorrow morning so today is your last chance to name and shame Bulgarian dreams.

I've contacted Anna but she has not gotten back to me.  I suspect that they are running slightly scared, since The (Sunday) Times have taken a lot of money off BD for advertising/editorials over the years.  This is bound to be a political issue in the Editorial offices!!!

Anna - if you're reading this, I'd love to talk with you further and I still urge everyone to get in touch with her.

My full story already on my website and in my ebook. Happy to talk to any media, tried all this in past and no one would listen or publish anything and so BD continued to rip people off for next 3 years!

Rachel, you should definitely email Anna.

I'm just concerned that the editors will be scared to publish anything given their past advertising relationship with BD.  We'll see...
