Hi Adrian and welcome to the forum. You now have access to the private section for Woodland Spring. Please post in there to encourage discussion. Let me know if I can help in any way with the forum.
The access is as tight as you want it to be. For example,  you appoint a moderator who can verify real ownership before access is granted? Or just get people to state full name and apartment details perhaps. Its your forum so use it however you like. This area here is public and so can be seen by all. The private section is hidden until access is granted.

We too bought off plan on Woodlands and have been offerd an alternative, sounds a little too good to be true, what do you think?

We were never contacted by Brittania and have now been contacted by MSI.

Stef and Pieman 79 - you now both have access to the private section. If there are any concerns about developers getting access to the private section I will need someone to step forward as moderator to verify ownership - otherwise I will just grant access as requested.

Hi I am a Britannia Overseas Property customer for the Regency Court Development, but found my way onto here from a link on he Bulgaria Ski discussion board. I am have invested money in Regency Court but have had nothing in return, and BritOP don't respond to my communications. I am keen to find out more about what is going on with Britannia Overseas Property, and who I can contact, and so would be grateful for Access to the private sections for Woodland Spring.

Not necessarily. The infomation on this website is provided by other owners so it depends if other owner have any info to give you. What it does give you is a place that is private - where you can discuss specific details of your investment. It also means that if there are any court cases in progress, you can discuss details without fear of them being made public.
There are currently 6 owners registered at Woodland Spring so its early days with this development. But they all start somewhere....
