Just heard about Bulgarian Dreams, and we own an apartment in the Bell Tower. Not had chance to visit yet due to health problems and thought everything was ok. Does the apartment exist? Can anyone help?

There are no other owners at the Bell Tower registered on here as yet but hopefully now that you have posted this, some may pop along! As soon as they do I'll set up a private section for The Bell Tower.

Hi,

I'm the owner of Flat 17 Bell Tower 1.

I'm surprised you haven't been out, the building was completed in 2006.

I have been out and ski for 2 seasons.

I'm also surprised the management company haven't chased you for management fees and council tax.

If you going out then you must contact her, she would arrange the keys to be available when you arrive. Please note you owe 4 years of fees, this is not a small number, we got a one bedroom and we pay less than 600 euro a year.

 I was just having a look at Bankso on google earth. Cheers for posting the co-ordinates. I've never been to Bansko as I own in Pamps. I was trying to work out where the gondola station is - can you point me in the right direction please (or post the co-ordinates?)

Gondola Station is  41°49'36.88"N  23°28'39.25"E

A nice warm up, walking up in the morning it takes 20-25 minutes

Hi,

I have set up a meeting place for all Bell tower apartments owners if you do a search for "yahoo groups" then once into yahoo groups search for "Bell tower apartment Bansko" then you can apply to join the members group, where you will be able to talk about BT1 with other owners apartments owners.

Which is exactly what we have here too - a section for Bell Towers only where you can converse with each other in private!.
