Hiya, I have really mixed feelings about this, especially as the purchase price appears to be higher than the purchase price of my apartment (either that or I am misreading it, but it is not the most straightforward contract) No one from WWPF ever calls me back when I call them, but they call me to nag me to send the contract back. I would like to claim brach of the original contract as what BDB are saying is that if you don't join the joint stock company then your apartment will come second fiddle to the ones in the company, nothing like being held over a barrel eh?
What does anyone else think? Apparently the Crown Bansko had a 99% take up - I don't believe this.
