Yep this is true. And think it is probably far higher number. The directors of BD are usually involved some how in the development and management companies set up.

The father in law is low rank policeman retired without some high-education degree and hee is too dumb to run some business alone ... also stayed to UK for about a year painting fences ... what a great people you have trusted your money !
