Following the two programmes on watchdog,  the AIPP, who watchdog were advising buyers to contact, are recommending 3 Law Firms with a presence in Bulgaria that are able to represent clients.  The three Law Firms are:

Manzanares International Lawyers
I.L.P.
M.Hristov & Associates.

The recommended Lawyers were spoken about in the actual programme - the first one to go out I believe as opposed to the update.

Hope this helps.  Also I think AIPP have information on their own website and will give you the Lawyer info if you ask.

Dear all
just a word of caution, the AIPP is worthless, as our developer is a founder member and basically we are in the same kinda S**T as you lot with our development. if it all goes tits up which its nearly doing, we too will be on watchdog, and we will be naming and shaming big time.
can say any more at the mo except dont rely on the AIPP at all
