Top floor of a 3 floor block on the Sianella complex fantastic views, cost 36300 euros in 2005 beautiful contemporary furniture cost over 4000 euros, also 4400 sq m land on the tankovo to aheloy road, the land fronts the road and is prime for regulation, cost 42000 euros in 2005, will sell together at a loss @70000 euros or will separate or exchange for property uk, spain or france or wherever  or maybe bg ski  resort (ONLY ESTABLISHED AND WELL FUNCTIONING COMPLEX'S PLEASE) cash either way.

You have a nice apartment to sell. Anyway, you better post some apartment pictures first for us see the rooms and the whole house. So what about the pricing of the sale? Do you give discounts for agents?

Would you consider swap (of apartment only) for 3000sqm land with change of use to building land sort in spa resort just outside Stara Zagora. Similar value - going on 2005/2006 values which is what Bulgarian property is back down to.
