Welcome to offplancollective.com, the forum run by property owners, for property owners.  A place to discuss your developments with other owners, in private.  Initially intended for properties in Bulgaria, this is a way for owners to discuss and share information on their developments. If your property is not listed here then please PM the admin and we will list it for you.  Note that most property boards are completely hidden, so you will only see these if you can prove that you own the relevant development.  Register for a standard sign-in, then apply for access to the hidden sections.  Note, this site is completely free.
