Hi,

I'm new to this site - very glad that this site exists.

We bought off plan via BD back in 2006 and like many on here the project was cancelled. It never even got started. We signed cancellation papers with a repayment schedule however predictably the developers have defaulted on the repayment.

We are in the process of taking them to court in Bulgaria.

I just wanted to find out if anyone has launched legal proceedings in Bulgaria to try to recover their investment? If so did any one win and receive any funds back? Did any one fail? Would be very grateful to learn more on this...

Like you I have had a case going on against the developers of Cedar Lodge Bansko since 2007. The progress to date is not good. If you want to have a talk phone me . 02392367162. I live in Portsmouth. Fred
